New Starting Wage: $19/hr 

($17.50/hr for grave shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Care: Assist clients with daily tasks, personal care, and ensure their safety.
• Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, incident reports, and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Client Engagement: Build meaningful rapport with clients through consistent, empathetic interactions, fostering trust and connection.
• Activity Planning: Create and participate in activities that engage clients, tailored to their personal goals and interests.
• Fostering Independence: Support clients in achieving independence through personalized support plans.
• Clean Environment: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment.

• Reliability: Consistently show up on time for scheduled shifts.
• Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Thorough Documentation: Complete all required reports and logs accurately and on time.
• Engaged Client Interaction: Actively participate in client care and activities.
